Frequently Asked Questions
Here is a list of some frequent questions I receive. If you have a question that is not answered here, feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to answer it for you.
How long will it take to get my garment fixed and returned to me?
Alterations to garments should be returned to you within 5-7 days.
What about home decorations? How long will they take?
Those will probably take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the situation.
Do you charge anything for pick-up and delivery?
Yes, There is a $10.00 fee for pick-up and delivery service. However, if you have multiple items that need to be repaired, you will only be charged $10.00 for the visit, not per item. If you choose to visit my shop, the $10.00 fee will be waived.
Do you have any referrals?
Yes, I have a customer base for both alterations and home decorations who would be happy to talk to you about my work. You can also see examples of my work on the home decorations page.
When can I call you?
